What happens if the customer upgrades or downgrades?

If the customer upgrades or downgrades their subscription during the 12-month payment period to a higher (more expensive) or lower (less expensive) plan, your commission will be on the new upgraded or downgraded monthly subscription amount.

This incentive encourages you to continue communicating with your referral. You can earn more when they upgrade within your 12-month commission period!
